Services
Outsourced fleet field operations.
For passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Delivered where your vehicles are parked, or at an approved facility, whichever creates less downtime for you.
Mobile vehicle cleaning
Completed where the vehicle is parked, or at an approved wash facility. On-site work cuts downtime; transfer-based work reaches professional wash infrastructure.
- 3 service levels, Essential, Standard, Premium detailing
- Intensive interior cleaning
- Stain treatment
- Bug and road-residue removal

Vehicle upkeep
Simple, non-mechanical checks and maintenance support carried out by trained field operators during a normal service visit.
- Windscreen-washer-fluid refill
- Engine-oil and coolant level check
- Tyre-pressure check and inflation
- Warning-light documentation
- Fuel-level verification
- EV charging and refuelling
- Safety-equipment and document check
- General roadworthiness checklist
Our field operators do not carry out regulated workshop repairs. Where mechanical work is required, we manage the appointment and the vehicle logistics, and a qualified workshop does the work.

Damage and condition inspections
A standardized checklist, the same every time, with timestamped photographs. Use it before a rental, after a rental, at handover, at lease return, or as a recurring fleet-health check.
- Exterior and interior condition inspection
- Tyre, wheel, glass and mirror inspection
- Warning-light and missing-equipment check
- Fuel or battery level
- Timestamped photographs and damage categorisation
- Escalation to the fleet manager

Vehicle relocation
Verified drivers move your vehicles between authorised locations, within a service area, to a customer, to a branch, or to a service partner.
- Reparking vehicles within a service area
- Delivering vehicles to customers or branches
- Returning vehicles to fleet depots
- Workshop, tyre-service and charging-station trips
- Collecting repaired vehicles and supporting lease returns
- Airport and dealership transfers
Moving someone else's vehicle carries real liability. Under German road-traffic law, liability can fall on both the vehicle holder and the driver. So permissions, liability cover, driver verification and incident procedures are defined in the contract before a single vehicle moves, not afterwards.

Workshop & appointment logistics
We manage the entire operational process around a third-party appointment, end to end, so your team never has to chase it.
- Receive the service request and reserve the appointment
- Assign an approved driver and locate the vehicle
- Conduct a pre-movement inspection and transfer the vehicle
- Manage key handover and track service status
- Collect the vehicle and conduct a return inspection
- Return the vehicle and upload proof and cost documents

Fleet readiness management
Outsource the responsibility itself, not just the tasks. A vehicle is marked ready only when it meets every condition you have defined.
- Sufficient fuel or battery
- Acceptable cleanliness, no critical damage
- Correct parking location
- Valid documents, no active warning alerts
- Correct tyre pressure and required equipment

How pricing works
You pay a fixed price per completed task, not a retainer for a team you only need part-time. Prices depend on the service, vehicle, city and task density, so we quote against your actual scope rather than a list that would be wrong for you.
- A fixed price per completed task, agreed in advance
- Volume-based rates as task density grows
- Transparent add-ons and up-front surcharges for urgent, night or holiday work
- A workshop logistics fee on externally purchased services (body shop, tyre, TÜV/HU)
- One consolidated monthly invoice
Start with one location and 10–30 vehicles.
A pilot is the fastest way to find out whether this works for your fleet: one city, a fixed number of vehicles, two to four weeks, agreed prices, no integration required.
No integration. No long-term commitment. Clear expansion criteria.
